I haven't been to the Interzone cafe
 yet, (541-754-5965 1563 NW Monroe Ave., Corvallis, OR 97330) but have heard great things about it. A friend of mine from high school opened it, so I may be a little biased, but I have heard unbiased people say that it's a great cafe.
Here's a description:
Fresh pastries every morning, all-vegetarian soups, casseroles, vegan options. All-natural Monin Syrups, organic coffee and dairy. Serving breakfast weekends, huevos rancheros, tofu scrambles, omelettes & breakfast burritos. OG/LG. 7 am-10 pm M-F, 8 am-10 pm SA & SU. No cards. $.
